Torque measuring flange T series

The torque measuring flanges of the T series have a special feature which is optionally available for other series. The T-series torque flanges have a central bore in the rotor. This can be used to accommodate a second shaft or a cable harness. Furthermore, the measuring body of some versions is made of titanium. This results in a lower mass and mass inertia for highly dynamic measuring tasks.

Models of the T-Series

Torque measuring flange T, model iS

The iS variant is suitable for small and medium nominal torques and for operating temperatures up to 85° C. The stator can be attached directly to the machine plate or to the electric machine via a foot adapter and a console. ATESTEO is your one-stop supplier – from the torque measuring flange to the adapter and onsite assembly.

Torque measuring flange T, model eS

The stepped TCU of the eS-version allows a service temperature for rotor and stator beyond 85 °C. By integration into the electrical machine, this variant can also be used in very confined spaces. This means that the stator can be positioned very precisely opposite the rotor, even when there are high vibrations.

Interfaces for T series

Because state-of-the-art electronic components are used systematically throughout, ATESTEO is able to make available all prevalent output signals without any additional electronics. The frequency outputs offer dynamics of up to 7 KHz. This makes ATESTEO measurement technology excellently suited for use on highly dynamic engine and motor test benches and test rigs. Where high current values are generated by rapid inverters, the IR data transmission offers maximum interference resistance. All this makes the technology from ATESTEO as effective as it is future-proof.

  • Frequency (RS422): 60±20 kHz
  • analogue output: 0-5 V, 0-10 V, ±5 V, ±10 V
  • analogue output: 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA
  • CAN (2B, 1kHz)
  • RS232
  • Alarm
