Grand Opening of ATESTEO GRC (Tianjin) North Testing Center in China

Shaofeng Zhang (Party Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of the Tianjin Wuqing Development Region Committee), Nobert Indlekofer (Member of the ATESTEO Group Advisory Board) and Wei Sun (Managing Director of ATESTEO GRC China) jointly pressed the button for the opening ceremony of the new location.

New energy for a new era

On 8th May 2019, ATESTEO opened the ATESTEO GRC (Tianjin) North Testing Center Co., Ltd. in China.
Dr. Lei Kan, Managing Director and CTO of the ATESTEO Group and Managing Director of ATESTEO GRC China, welcomed around 130 invited guests from the local automotive industry and politics to the opening of the new location. Dr. Kan thanked the government representatives, customers, partners and the entire GRC China team for their great contribution to the realization of the new location.

Under the motto “New energies for a new era” the ATESTEO drivetrain testing offer focuses primarily on electric and hybrid drives in line with local market requirements. With the GRC Tianjin, ATESTEO can now support automotive and transmission development in China with modern testing services, leading technology, first-class equipment and excellent service. But the GRC Tianjin is just one milestone in the commitment of ATESTEO in China. Soon another location in Guangzhou will follow. Then ATESTEO will offer professional and reliable services in the field of powertrain testing with high-precision technology at three test centres in Suzhou, Tianjin and Guangzhou (for southern China) for Chinese customers.
