ATESTEO appoints new CEO – Tim Willers becomes head of the number 1 in drivetrain testing
Change of CEO as of January 01, 2022
Wolfgang Schmitz continues as consultant at the side of the management board

Right at the beginning of the year, there is a change in the management of ATESTEO. Tim Willers, previously Chief Operating Officer at ATESTEO and thus responsible for the entire testing division, replaces CEO Wolfgang Schmitz, who wishes to slowly retire from active professional life. However, Schmitz will continue to support the management board with his know-how and experience in an advisory capacity during his transition phase until the end of 2023. Tim Willers has been working at ATESTEO for more than 20 years. He knows the company, the markets and the visions of the company very well. From January 01, 2022, Tim Willers will direct the fortunes of ATESTEO and take the leading drivetrain specialist further into the mobility market of tomorrow as the new CEO.
