ATESTEO Testing Cockpit: Our FAQs.
Our FAQ section is currently still under construction and will be continuously expanded. We are working on providing you with all relevant information as quickly as possible. If your question has not yet been answered, please do not hesitate to get in touch with your contact person directly. We will be happy to help you.
The Testing Cockpit can be accessed from any browser.
Some LAN or company-internal network settings may restrict or block the range of functions.
We recommend the use of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
In general:
The use of the Testing Cockpit requires the use of an environment (network, operating system, web browser, etc.) that fully supports the HTML5 standard including server-sent events. Communication between client and server takes place using the HTTP/1.1 and HTTP2 protocols via the server-side TCP port 443.
The data transmission plug-in is included in the Testing Cockpit as standard. It is set up by ATESTEO employees.
The following rules for data storage in the Testing Cockpit must be observed:
– Data and directories that are no longer required should be deleted regularly by the user.
– The data stored in the Testing Cockpit is not backed up.
– Data whose creation date is older than 14 days is automatically deleted.
– the storage may only be used for this test bench, this order and this customer.
– the accounts and all remaining data will be deleted after the end of the order without further request.
(Exceptions are possible by arrangement).
In the Testing Cockpit, a curve plot with different channels can be displayed in one or more diagrams (from Business mode).
The display is in 1 Hertz. The number of channels is limited and the measurement channels can be selected and adapted after consultation with the ATESTEO test bench team.
If no diagram has yet been created, the Configuration menu item on the left-hand side offers the option of setting up your own diagrams. Simply enter a title, click on the desired channels and save. Adjustments always have a global effect for all users.
